Applicability of Delivery Policy

Our Delivery commitment is subject to:

  • Unless the agreed-upon payments are explicit, a project is not declared void.
  • If the needed information for the successful completion of the project is not provided to us on time, the refund policy will not be applicable.
  • Smartestlancer cannot be held responsible for any delays or failures in project completion caused by the client’s lack of communication.
  • Smartestlancer is not obligated to follow through on its delivery or refund commitments if the information given by the customer is incomplete and/or complete information regarding the project is not provided at the start of the project.
  • Unless and until an agreement is made with a penalty clause for delivery delay, there is no compensation for delivery delays under any circumstances.
  • Limitation of Liability: Smartestlancer’s obligation is limited to the value of the portion of the project (as per our proposal) that is still unfinished at any given time. Smartestlancer is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of the services supplied/not delivered, or any delays in the same, at any time. The client can only be held liable for a refund if the project has been canceled and the cancellation has been reported to Smartestlancer in writing.

Service Cancellation Policy

For cancellation of any services, you must follow the rules described above. Generally, we suggest you have a cancellation request from you before starting any projects for a full refund to be considered. Note that, you have to pay cancellation fees if you do late.


Smartestlancer reserves the right to change this policy at any moment and without notice at its sole discretion. As a result, you should examine this policy regularly. Your continuing use of the website following any such adjustments implies your acceptance of the changes.
